Terms of Use (Draft)
This is a draft for the MVP phase. Final legal terms will be reviewed and approved before production release. The principles below are already enforced.
What This Is
WinnerScript is a self-reflection and navigation tool. It maps patterns in your instinctive responses across 48 instincts, 5 elements, and 3 flow phases. It generates personalized narrative reports using AI to help you explore where your energy flows freely and where it may narrow.
The operative word is "may." WinnerScript operates on Maybe Logic: probabilistic language, multiple perspectives, and built-in humility. Every report includes a Maybe Logic reminder - a reminder that certainty about human psychology usually marks a sign you've stopped looking.
What This Is Not
- Not a medical or psychological diagnosis.
- Not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care.
- Not a definitive statement about who you "are."
- Not a hiring tool, screening mechanism, or basis for decisions about others.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional. WinnerScript is a map - maps are useful, maps are wrong, and both are true simultaneously.
AI Disclosure
Your narrative reports (Loser Script, WinnerScript, depth tiles) are generated by AI (Claude Opus). We disclose this openly. The scoring is deterministic math - not AI. The AI receives only numerical scores and flags, never your name, email, or any directly identifying information.
AI-generated content is probabilistic. It reflects patterns in your data through the lens of the WinnerScript model. It may be insightful, it may be wrong, it may be both. Use what helps. Discard what doesn't.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you interpret and act on your reports.
- You agree not to use WinnerScript outputs to make decisions about other people.
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old.
- You understand that your profile is a snapshot in time, not a permanent identity.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use WinnerScript. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account and data will be deleted.
Intellectual Property
The WinnerScript model, terminology, scoring algorithms, and report templates are proprietary. Your personal data and generated reports are your property - you may export, share, or delete them at any time.
Limitation of Liability
WinnerScript is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tool will produce accurate, complete, or useful results for every user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.
Remember: the map is not the territory. If the map stops being useful, fold it up and look around.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days (crypto-shredding). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Poland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poznań, Poland.
Changes
These terms will be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
